The Old Way:
Breast Implants
The New Way: Macrolane. Not yet available in the Americas but used widely in Europe since 1998, Macrolane is a hyaluronic acid based product that acts as a temporary filler in the breast area, a “30 minute boob job,” requiring no-downtime, and leaving no scarring. The acid is naturally occurring in humans and is injected to “fill out” and mould the shape of the breasts or even buttocks, leaving patients naturally about a cup size bigger, firmer and more voluminous. The effect isn’t permanent and re-injections are required to maintain the effect. Macrolane’s price tag is still high, and
approval for use in the Americas soon.

The Old Way:
Phytoestrogen Herbs

The New Way: Pueraria Mirifica. The king of phytoestrogens, pueraria mirifica (Kwao Krua) is being hailed as a miracle herb in the breast enhancement market, boasting almost 2000 times the potency of well known phytoestrogen herbs like fenugreek and saw palmetto. In fact the herb contains the highest known estrogenic properties, meaning that many women who experience no gains with traditional phytoestrogens respond astoundingly well to pueraria mirifica.
Kudzu has long been used in Thailand's balance of female hormones, and has produced best-selling herbal breast mushroomed on the Internet, most notably eBay all the way formulas.

The Old Way:
Brava Breast Enhancement System

The New Way: Electrostimulating breast massage. Brava has been a godsend for many women, however the unspeakable discomfort of having to wear a large dome contraption suction bra for 12-14 hours a day for several weeks means that the medically proven vacuum suction method of stretching and encouraging breast tissue growth has been impossible for many women to use. Knockoffs mimicking the same technology have emerged: most notably The Bosom Beauty 2012 and UK based Enhance, which feature their own airlock suction system.
A newer option, medically endorsed and already common throughout the EU is the Venus Medical System, which is designed to foremost improve breast tightness and firmness, leading to a gradual augmentation in volume, dimension and cup size. This painless device massages the breasts effortlessly without the feeling of sucking off the chest. Vibrations penetrate the skin improving blood circulation, reactivating cellular renewal and also encouraging the secretion of new growth hormones.
Medically Assisted Venus Medical device is strongly promoted in Europe and sold on Ebay in Europe, but not yet taken in the North American breast enhancement market. The system is sold to America and Canada through its worldwide distributor Breast Genetics for less than $ 150.00.
