The New Way: Macrolane. Not yet available in the Americas but used widely in Europe since 1998, Macrolane is a hyaluronic acid based product that acts as a temporary filler in the breast area, a “30 minute boob job,” requiring no-downtime, and leaving no scarring. The acid is naturally occurring in humans and is injected to “fill out” and mould the shape of the breasts or even buttocks, leaving patients naturally about a cup size bigger, firmer and more voluminous. The effect isn’t permanent and re-injections are required to maintain the effect. Macrolane’s price tag is still high, and

The New Way: Pueraria Mirifica. The king of phytoestrogens, pueraria mirifica (Kwao Krua) is being hailed as a miracle herb in the breast enhancement market, boasting almost 2000 times the potency of well known phytoestrogen herbs like fenugreek and saw palmetto. In fact the herb contains the highest known estrogenic properties, meaning that many women who experience no gains with traditional phytoestrogens respond astoundingly well to pueraria mirifica.

The Old Way:
Brava Breast Enhancement System

The New Way: Electrostimulating breast massage. Brava has been a godsend for many women, however the unspeakable discomfort of having to wear a large dome contraption suction bra for 12-14 hours a day for several weeks means that the medically proven vacuum suction method of stretching and encouraging breast tissue growth has been impossible for many women to use. Knockoffs mimicking the same technology have emerged: most notably The Bosom Beauty 2012 and UK based Enhance, which feature their own airlock suction system.
A newer option, medically endorsed and already common throughout the EU is the Venus Medical System, which is designed to foremost improve breast tightness and firmness, leading to a gradual augmentation in volume, dimension and cup size. This painless device massages the breasts effortlessly without the feeling of sucking off the chest. Vibrations penetrate the skin improving blood circulation, reactivating cellular renewal and also encouraging the secretion of new growth hormones.
Medically Assisted Venus Medical device is strongly promoted in Europe and sold on Ebay in Europe, but not yet taken in the North American breast enhancement market. The system is sold to America and Canada through its worldwide distributor Breast Genetics for less than $ 150.00.

If you eat too much fattening food one day, can you be good and eat less the next day? The answer is probably no for most people. Eating too much can easily lead to over-weight or even obesity that can in turn put people at risk of heart disease.

Super-size portions and great food, fast food meals are condemned as criminal in a dramatic rise in obesity rates in the United States always. 64 percent are considered either overweight or obese Americans.

A study reported in 2005, at a conference of North American obesity researchers in Vancouver, Canada, that when people are offered large meals, they will tend to eat them day after day. The researchers tracked the eating habits and energy intake of nearly 2 dozen men and women over 11 days, making it one of the longest studies of its kind. People would consistently eat more when offered large meals, except in the case of vegetables, according to the study.

A further study of the recent annual meeting of the North American Association for the Study of Obesity (NAASO) presented established that for snacks, it would not be the size of the pocket, which determines how much people eat. If one compares the consumption of normal and larger amounts of snacks like potato chips, the researchers found that people have the larger amount available if it were presented in a large portion of food or small individual steps. If a person receives a larger amount of food consumed a greater quantity.

Second three recent studies, overeating or eating of food, the link between the availability of large amounts announced to launch two young children. However, researchers are less prone to eat too much when the children were more likely to be allowed to give them their food.

Availability of larger parts is not the only thing driving the increase in obesity. When people started massively from overeating because portions are bigger, and things to be active in the brain and liver that fuel the upward movement of the body weight.

Experts admitted that it is difficult to convince American to limit how much they eat because of the convenience of large portions at fast-food outlets and the financial attraction of buying low-priced food in bulk in stores. People like value. Perhaps, something must be done to shift people away from this value way of thinking of simply getting the most calories for the least dollars, to value in terms of health.

A recent survey of food service companies Emma off companies, however, found that most consumers want on the nutritional content of restaurant meals provide half-fare menu and more information about the size of the part. Perhaps people are finally beginning to realize the importance of healthy eating.
